Convenient but Room for Improvement

My two-night stay had its ups and downs. The restaurant's Philly steak sandwich was enjoyable, though service left much to be desired. If you’re considering dining, be prepared for slow service. For a quiet experience, ask for a room away from the pool area!

I had a great stay! The spacious room was wonderfully quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly. Plus, I loved the efficiency of the housekeeping staff who were always ready to help!

during my stay, I appreciated the easy access to WestShore Plaza just a short walk away, making it perfect for quick shopping trips. Being close to Hyde Park provided lovely park views for leisurely strolls.

The front desk staff made check-in quick and easy. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. I liked the bathroom layout and appreciated the counter space. The location was close to restaurants which was convenient.

Some areas of the hotel lacked cleanliness and attention to detail, and the parking situation was frustrating.

The location is super convenient, just a short drive from the airport. The room had great amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee maker. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the outdoor pool was a nice place to relax. There’s also a hot tub to unwind after a long day.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the nearby Westshore market for shopping and entertainment, and even went fishing along the Gandy Bridge, stopping for fresh-caught fish. The staff were super helpful, especially when I lost my phone, and the courtesy bus to the airport was a great addition!

Upon arrival, the room was set too cold at 50 degrees, which was uncomfortable. I had to address the issue myself, which was frustrating as no one was sent to assist me.
